Quoting my project

A: The first stage is to meet with you at your premises, which will be a couple of days after the initial contact. After the meeting, with all the measuring complete, we try to get your fence quote out within 24 hours and your patio quote between 48-72 hours.

HOA’s, Plans and Permits

A: WAGS can complete the HOA request, but we cannot submit the request on your behalf. We know many of the HOAs in the Fort Worth area and this is normally quite a straightforward process.

Pre Construction

A: Yes, this this is very important as they must make arrangements for their pets and personal belongings when the fence is under construction or repair.

Construction

A: We normally can start work between 5 and 10 working days. You will be notified of the exact starting date within a week of quotation approval. While each fence is different, it is common for us to finish the work in 2-3 working days. Our team normally starts work at 8am in the morning and will take lunch at midday.

A: We will contact DigTess as soon as the work is approved and, generally, they will visit your premises within 24-72 hours to mark the public utilities with washable marking paint and flags which should not be removed.

To help DigTess locate the correct property we will place a sign in your yard next to the water meter. We will collect the signs after the work is completed.

A: Not at all. If any questions arise during the work our team will call you For more complex projects, we can arrange progress meetings and it is common to walk through the project together when work is complete.

A: WAGS cannot take responsibility for damage to you sprinklers but do have a contract with a licensed irrigator repair any damage done who will perform the rate a work at a reduced rate of $50 an hour.

A: Yes. This includes an irrigation run throughout prior to the work starting to check the functionality of the system. The cost of the insurance in only $50.

A: The work will be managed onsite by a foreman who will be your direct point of contact for small questions. The foreman reports to a supervisor who will visit the site at least once during the project. The supervisor reports to a project manager who will look after changes in scope of the project.

Payments

A: For new clients, there is a $250 non-refundable deposit on most projects. There may be a larger deposit if the project needs specific materials. Projects with specific materials may have a larger deposit. All deposits will be deducted from your final invoice upon completion of the project.

A: Final payment is due upon satisfaction and completion. Methods of payment include check. Cash or credit card. Credit card payments should be made via the office and an 3% fee will be added.

Warranty

A: There is a 5-year craftsmanship warranty and a 1 year gate warranty. All warranties are transferable if you sell your home.
